In order to optimize the performance of your collector, first we will analyze your race application based on the information you provide in our X-design application. We use this information to determine the 4 collector parameters. If you would like more information about our Merge Collectors, our engineer Vince will be happy to help you.
1. Number of Inlets - How many header primaries will be merging into your collector.
2. Inlet Diameter - the outside diameter (OD) of your final header primary. That is, the OD of the tube that will slip into the collector.
3. Collector Outlet Diameter- determined by our X-design program.
There is no standard outlet size; each collector is based on the engine’s specs.
4. Outlet Style
